It speaks about the essence of love, the existence of one's true self and this is when Karnam met ‘ai’.Hence, this collection emerges from the hustling and glowing fields of indigo, where the term 'ai', derived from the Japanese word 'aizome', means indigo, it’s not just a color, it narrates the story of its heritage and the story of textile.

Fabric in When ‘ai’ met you deliver the skills of artisans rooting from the villages of the West Bengal. The collection is a combination of the motifs of flowers, stripes, checks which are handspun fine yarn acquiring into a beautiful form of muslin fabric naturally dyed in gradients of Indigo, pinks, and greens, which has been converted into the heritage handwoven Indian textile craft.
