Sharing the story when we met ourselves, the artisans met the art. It speaks about the essence of love, the existence of one's true self and this is when Karnam met ‘Ai’. Hence, this collection emerges from the hustling and glowing fields of indigo, where the term 'ai', derived from the Japanese word 'aizome', means indigo, it’s not just a color, it narrates the story of its heritage and the story of textile.

Fabric in When ‘ai’ met you deliver the skills of artisans rooting from the villages of the West Bengal. The collection is a combination of the motifs of flowers, stripes, checks which are handspun fine yarn acquiring into a beautiful form of muslin fabric naturally dyed in gradients of Indigo, pinks, and greens, which has been converted into the heritage handwoven Indian textile craft.

Shipping
At KARNAM, we have collaborated with few reputed couriers service to ship in India & International. Our finished garments are lovingly packaged in durable material to prevent wear-and-tear in transit.
INDIA – 10-12 WORKING DAYS:
We offer free shipping in India. All orders are made to order we carefully craft your garments and usually dispatch within 7-8 working days and it delivered within 12-15 working days.
URGENT SHIPPING: INDIA ONLY
Urgent made to order & shipping may cost you INR 500 to deliver the product within 3-5 Days.
INTERNATIONAL 25-30 WORKING DAYS
We are shipping around the world; shipping charges are starting from $20 up to $40 as per location. We offer free shipping for international orders above $500.
International Order usually dispatched within 12-15 working days and it delivered within 25-30 working days.
MODE OF PAYMENTS
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal.
The bank transfer fees/ PayPal charges and any other transaction fees shall be borne by the buyer. Please note that the actual amount credited to our account should match the invoice amount
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info.karnam@gmail.com the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
Return or exchange
We hope you love everything that you order from us we make every product with love and care. However, it may have some issue for individual body type, or may be monitor's display or something else. Please write us to return or exchange at info.karnam@gmail.com with subject line mentioned product name and order id.
If your product is delivered to you with tampered or damaged packaging please do not accept the package and return to us. We will replace the product with brand new product with no additional cost.
All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, please be careful while trying on items.
Returns/exchange within 10 days of purchase and the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item
Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable. In case of a fit issue, we can exchange the size for the same style.
